Utilus is building a company that takes end-to-end responsibility for their clients' primary IT systems. They build, renovate, maintain, operate and manage the complex systems that support the primary processes of their clients. To make that work, they use teams of highly qualified professionals. These teams need to be hand picked and coached to perform to the best of their ability. Teams consist of a mix of Utilus-employees, externally contracted specialists and employees of their clients.
Utilus is looking for a Head of Team/HR Manager to join them in their mission and help them grow and support the team. It is your role to make sure they find the right people at the right time. And to make sure they stay, and stay happy, well trained, and motivated. Their team is passionate about solving complex problems and delivering high-quality services to their customers. As the Head of Team/HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the human resources strategy, programs, and initiatives to support continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Utilus collaborates with clients to build business-critical IT solutions as efficiently and with as little waste as possible. They do that by creating teams consisting of their own specialists and members from your organization to work on high-impact projects according to a clearly defined plan.
